Order Process
- Customers can share their design ideas, fabric preferences, colors, and measurements via WhatsApp (+91 9669166763) or email (scarletmapleboutique@gmail.com).
- Once the design is finalized, we will provide an estimated cost and delivery timeline.
Advance Payment & Confirmation
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
- Once the order is placed, no changes or modifications will be allowed.
Production & Delivery
- The production time varies based on the complexity of the design. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- For urgent requests, an express processing fee may apply.
No Return, No Exchange Policy
- Customized products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable as they are tailored to individual preferences.
- In case of any manufacturing defect, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
- Complaints raised after this period will not be considered.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, cancellation is not possible, and the advance payment is non-refundable.
